Rachel is passionate about working hard to negotiate the best deal for her clients. From the start of her career in 2011, Rachel has helped hundreds of people across the Sunshine Coast to achieve their real estate goals. Her drive to deliver the best results, ability to meet any challenge, her excellent communication skills and dedication to provide the top level of care to her clients has earned her Medallion Club Status (Top 10% of all Realtors in the Greater Vancouver area) for over 7 years.

Rachel's connection to the Sunshine Coast runs deep. From family in the 1970's to becoming a full-time local for over 15 years, she is intimately familiar with the amazing lifestyle and benefits of living in the incredible natural surroundings of the Sunshine Coast. As an active member of the Coast community, she loves to volunteer in local events whenever she can. You will find her performing with Suncoast Phoenix Choir and is Chairman of the Board. She enjoys singing karaoke, scuba diving, travelling, a fine glass of wine, spending time with her family and her unique Chinese Crested dogs.

With over 15 years experience in real estate sales and marketing for both homes and new developments, including Director of Sales & Marketing for Weststone Developments in Surrey BC and more than 20 years experience in media, including Publisher of top real estate publications in the Lower Mainland (Rew.ca, Condo Guide, Western Investor and West Coast Condo) Janai's unique blend of skills provides her clients with extensive knowledge of the real estate market, trusted advice,  and sound judgment during their selling and purchasing transactions.   Janai works collaboratively with her clients, providing customized marketing strategies for each property and keeping her clients informed with up to date market analysis throughout the home selling or purchase process. 

Janai has been part of the Sunshine Coast since her parents moved to Roberts Creek in 2008 and loves the laid-back and nature focused lifestyle unique to the Sunshine Coast.  An avid golfer, she loves to share her passion for the game with her clients on the three gorgeous courses here on the coast. 

Peter values reliability and honour. After completing his BBA with a specialization in marketing, Peter and his wife moved to the Sunshine Coast to help out with the family business. Working for a property development company allowed Peter to have real-time, hands-on training while completing his real estate license. Working with people has always been a passion for Peter. He loves helping people achieve their goals and seeing their visions become reality. Playing university-level basketball for 5 years has shown him the value of working as a team and how to thrive in a competitive environment. He enjoys what life has to offer here on the beautiful Sunshine Coast with his wife Adria, and dog Winnie, and looks forward to showcasing it to his clients.
