First step as a buyer or seller, you'll need to register for a to be able to access the RTB Portal
The RTB Portal is where sellers must enter ALL the details of the tenancy, including:
1) Address of the rented property
2) Amount of the rent & when its paid (I.E. 1st of the month)
3) Name of the Landlord, date of Landlord's birth, Landlord address, email and phone number
4) The name of the tenants, number of adults (19+) and children that occupy the property
5) The tenants mailing address, email and phone number
6) The purchase date
7) The Contract of Purchase & Sale as a PDF *Note this includes the purchase price & all other personal details of the contract
8) Purchaser's written request for the seller to issue notice to end tenancy - As a PDF
9) Full name and birth date of the Purchaser
