Ray Graham, 63, has been a resident of the Sunshine Coast for 50 years and brings 38 years of experience in construction in the region. For 20 years, he operated his own contracting company, 101 Contracting Ltd. In the past three years, he has served as a construction superintendent with Hamilton Fine Homes. Throughout his career as a contractor, Ray has been deeply involved in all aspects of single-family dwelling construction, from the preliminary design phase to the final handover of keys.
Karlene Ostrosky, Barrister & Solicitor, specializes in real estate development law. Since being called to the Bar in 2018, she has worked with local governments and developers on subdivision applications, zoning issues, strata title conversions, and other complex development matters.
